Refund and cancellation policy

In short: Changed your mind within 7 days of your first payment? Tell us and we'll refund it. Monthly membership can be stopped anytime.

  1. 1. The One-Month Experience (₹199)

    If it isn't for you, write to us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.

  2. 2. Monthly membership

    Cancel anytime from your account before the next renewal date; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Months already started are not refunded.

  3. 3. Annual membership

    Full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment. After 7 days the plan continues for the full year and is not refunded, except where the law requires.

  4. 4. How to ask

    Write to hello@vaibhavchinchure.com from the email on your account, or WhatsApp +91 97427 22268, with the payment date.

  5. 5. Processing

    Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval (your bank may take longer to show it).

  6. 6. Failed or duplicate payments

    Always refunded in full, whatever the date. If money left your account but your plan did not start, write to us.
