Privacy notice

In short: We collect only what we need to run your sessions and your account. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.

  1. 1. Who we are

    Daily Alignment is a programme run by Vaibhav Chinchure ("we", "us"). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@vaibhavchinchure.com or WhatsApp +91 97427 22268.

  2. 2. What we collect

    Your name, email address and phone number; your plan, payment status and the dates of your access (card or UPI details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us); which sessions you joined or watched; your optional after-session check-ins (you and the Daily Alignment team can see them; they are never shared outside); messages you send us; and basic technical data (device, browser, IP address) needed to keep the service secure.

  3. 3. Why we use it

    To create and run your account; to give you access to live sessions and, on Monthly and Annual membership, recordings; to show you your own journey and check-ins; to process payments and send receipts; to answer your messages; to send session reminders; and, only if you agree, occasional updates by email or WhatsApp. We rely on your consent, and on uses the Act permits for providing a service you asked for.

  4. 4. Your consent

    Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@vaibhavchinchure.com or using the unsubscribe link in any message. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before.

  5. 5. Who we share it with

    Only service providers who help us run Daily Alignment, under contract and only for that purpose: payment processing (Razorpay), hosting, video and live-session delivery, and email and WhatsApp delivery. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

  6. 6. Where it is stored

    On servers operated by our hosting provider. Some providers may process data outside India; where they do, we use providers bound to protect it.

  7. 7. How long we keep it

    Account and journey data: while your account is active, and up to 12 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Leads who never joined: until you unsubscribe or after 12 months without contact.

  8. 8. Your rights

    You can ask to access a summary of your data, correct or update it, erase it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to hello@vaibhavchinchure.com; we reply within 30 days.

  9. 9. Children

    Daily Alignment is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

  10. 10. Security

    Encrypted connections, access limited to people who need it, and secure, short-lived links for session videos.

  11. 11. Cookies

    We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

  12. 12. Grievances

    Grievance Officer: Vaibhav Chinchure, hello@vaibhavchinchure.com. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

  13. 13. Changes

    If we change this notice, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email.
