I didn’t arrive here through theory
Like many people, I spent years trying to improve outcomes
more clarity, more results, more direction
But what I learned was this:
External progress doesn’t feel satisfying
when the inner world feels noisy
When I began practicing daily alignment,
even 15 minutes a day,
I stoped overthinking constantly
I felt calmerin everyday situations
Making decisions became easier
That shift changed how I live
and eventually, how I guide other
